8/10
The cabin was cozy and clean, perfect for our group. Spent afternoons by the pool and strolled right to the beach. Met a cassowary, which made our day! Only downside, folks. Dinner reservations are a must, and it was hard to find something else nearby.

The Escape Cottage provided a comfortable stay with extra space for my belongings, making it quite convenient. Located just steps from the beach, the beautiful natural surroundings were complemented by fantastic meals—especially a wonderfully prepared steaming wok of prawns. However, despite the friendly staff, an issue with the air conditioning wasn't resolved promptly, detracting somewhat from the overall experience. Accessible activities like zip-lining nearby added to the appeal of the location, making it a unique getaway.
